Supreme Master Ching Hai has inspired us to be good guests on this earth, to respect and honour all life, to be the stewards to this magnificent planet as the creator intended.
To ensure a sustainable future for all life on earth, leadership is crucial. It is our elected government’s duty to serve the people of Australia and humanity who have the people given power to reverse the processes manmade global warming.

Cutting livestock farming and it’s methane will have an immediate effect on lowering the temperature, and have immediate positive effects in a range of other areas.
In 2007 the revision of the IPCC report highlighted the fact that the effect of methane and other short lived Greenhouse gases have been underestimate in their forcing effect on global temperature rises. Since then growing numbers of scientists have been calling for urgent action to be taken on reducing the emissions of these gases as a priority over straight carbon emissions, since they are having a greater and more immediate effect on the speed of temperature rise.
Because livestock farming is the greatest contributor to human induced emissions of these gases it has been pointed out as the logical starting point for reductions to begin.

Ching Hai is a poet, painter, musician, self-published writer and entrepreneur who heads the Supreme Master Ching Hai International Association, a business group with worldwide interests in restaurants, fashion and jewellery design.[3][4] She is known for her philanthropic and humanitarian work,[5] and has been criticised for making allegedly ostentatious displays of generosity.[6]
According to an account by Patricia Thornton, Ching Hai’s recognition as a spiritual leader began in 1982, when she tried to buy a copy of the Hindu sacred work the Bhagavad-Gita from a small shop beside the Ganges. The shopkeepers denied having a copy, but she insisted she had seen it there. An extensive search uncovered a copy hidden in a sealed box; word quickly spread that Ching Hai had an “unusually well-developed third eye.
According to her official biography, Ching Hai was born to a well-off naturopath’s family in Âu Lạc (old name for the region north of Hanoi) in Vietnam. Though raised as a Roman Catholic, she learned the basics of Buddhism from her grandmother.
n 1994, the local government in Vinh Long Province, Vietnam issued a declaration classifying Ching Hai’s operations as “religious propaganda” intended to “illegally oppose the government.” Actions were launched to curtail further activities by her organisation.[12]
In 1996, in an attempt to build political support abroad, Ching Hai asked her followers to contribute money to the Clinton Presidential Legal Expense Trust.
Ching Hai was jeered at in the Western press as “The Immaterial Girl: Part Buddha, Part Madonna,” and as “The Buddhist Martha Stewart … merchandizing mystic from Taiwan
In late 2008 Ching Hai launched a media campaign in Australia and New Zealand asking people to “Be Green, Go Veg, Save the Planet”.[21] Vegetarianism, clean energy, and tree planting were promoted as a solution to climate change and pollution. The Supreme Master Ching Hai International Association also made submissions to the Garnaut Climate Change Review advocating large cuts to livestock production.[22]
According to political scientist Patricia M. Thornton at the University of Oxford, the Ching Hai World Society’s heavy reliance on the internet for text distribution, recruitment and information-sharing, marks the group as a transnational “cybersect.”[9]
The source of wealth behind the group’s charitable efforts and its media empire is a mystery, according to Thornton. Like the Qigong organisations that came to the fore in China in the 1980s and 1990s, Suma Ching Hai International adopted the structure of a business enterprise early on.
what a shill..lol..materialistic scam artist!
I agree that we are in the grip of the biggest and most insane hoax in history, and unless the public get wise to it soon, we will all be parted from what wealth we have.
Lets take a simple economic view of what is likely to happen.
In the absence of sufficient alternative solutions/technologies, the only way western countries can ever attain the IPCC demands of CO2 emissions reduced to 40% below 1990 levels, (thats about 60% below todays) is to machine restrictions on the use of fossil fuels. Emission Trading schemes are an example.
As the use of fossil fuels is roughly linear with anthropogenic CO2 emissions, to attain a 60% reduction of emissions , means about the same proportion of reduction of fossil fuel usage, including petrol, diesel, heating oil, not to mention coal and other types including propane etc.
No matter how a restriction on the use of these is implemented even a 10% decrease will make the price of petrol go sky high. In otherwords, (and petrol is just one example) we can expect, if the IPCC has its way, a price rise on petrol of greater than 500%.
First of all, for all normal people, this will make the family car impossible to use. Worse than that though, the transport industry will also have to deal with this as well and they will need to pass the cost on to the consumer. Simple things like food will get prohibitively expensive. Manufacturers who need fossil energy to produce will either pass the cost on to the consumer or go out of business. If you live further than walking distance from work, you will be in trouble.
All this leads to an economic crash of terrible proportions as unemployment rises and poverty spreads.
I believe that this will be the effect of bowing to the IPCC and the AGW lobby. AND as AGW is a hoax it will be all in vain. The world will continue to do what it has always done while normal people starve and others at the top (including energy/oil companies and emission traders) will enjoy the high prices.
Neither this scenario nor any analysis of the cost of CO2 emission reductions is included in IPCC literature, and the Stern report which claims economic expansion is simply not obeying economic logic as it is known in todays academic world.
The fact that the emission reduction cost issue is not discussed, leads me to believe that there is a deliberate cover up of this issue. Fairly obviously the possibility of starvation will hardly appear to the masses.
AGW is baloney anyway!
Cheers

thanks roger..love your work..where is the social studies on the effect of the ipcc making govts change rules and laws and the flow on you correctly described above..they never discuss that because the pain is for mother earth so its worth it..not if its a hoax!
Hi,
If they try to take away my favorite food (meat) there is going to be hell to pay. I am hoping against hope, that if things got that bad, people all over the world would start marching in the streets and not let any Government get away with the crap that they are trying to pass on to us.
meat driven riots?
A vegan diet is dangerously unhealthy in the long term in most cases. There are exceptions to this if you are very careful in what you eat in order to get the right balance or take supplements. In some ways it could be perceived as eugenics under a different guise. That and the fact that vegan food is somewhat dull in many cases. (May I point out a vegetarian diet is not bad, as it does allow things like small quantities of dairy, eggs, fish, etc).
Vegans often seem to lack B12, D3, iron, to name a few (note the whole protein thing is a bit of a myth, nuts, egg white, and similar foods etc can provide the right balance of protein / ammo acids needed). Ever notice how many true vegans (who don’t even supplement) will often be ill quite often.
The real bottom line in my opinion is that factory farming is largely to blame. (Adding KFC style fast food consumerism doesn’t help either). People shouldn’t be giving up meat, but rather eating less meat, and trying to eat decent quality stuff, ideally locally sourced if possible.
It’s the KFC/McDonald’s culture that promotes deforesting land, shipping meat half way across the world, processing it to the point it’s inedible, destroy local traditions, and promotes oversized portions that most people throw out. I found this quite disgusting given the fact many people in this world are starving, and some animal has had to give up it’s life in the process of making something like KFC. (Not to mention the conditions the animals are kept in, and the hormones they are given)
And for the idiot vegans who sit on their high horse, they’re just as guilty in most cases (not all), because if they aren’t eating beef, they’ll be eating soy, which often is grown on deforested land and is some Monsanto GMO spin off. Couple that with all the chemicals like hexane and hormone problems guys get from eating soy.
Whatever bloody happened to the idea of eating a balanced diet and enjoying decent quality food? Much as the older generation harp on about WW2, one of the few things we did right was ration a pretty decent/sane diet given the circumstances.
hi eggins..thanks for that..right up your alley i thought..great info mate and thanks..i am now going to go and eat a t-bone
Oh, and on the note of being resourceful and frugal, “Professor” Barry Brooke can eat the turd that come out my backside. (It’s healthier than KFC =p)
