Tens of Harvard University professors in the US have voiced their support for the ‘Occupy’ encampment on the university’s campus, demanding an end to restrictions imposed on it.Twenty-nine professors at the American university showed their support for the movement by collaborating on a letter to the university’s president, Bostinnovation.comreported.“We consider the decision to lock the gates of Harvard Yard inconsistent with the University’s commitments to open inquiry and inclusiveness,” the letter said.During the last two weeks, students have been occupying Harvard Yard, rallying for “a more ethical and socially responsible institution,” as well as voicing solidarity with the nationwide Occupy Wall Street (OWS) movement.
However, the gates to Harvard Yard have been locked and are being monitored by security guards.
The Occupy movement emerged after a group of demonstrators gathered in New York’s financial district on September 17 to protest against the unjust distribution of wealth in the country and the excessive influence of big corporations on US policies.
Despite police crackdowns and mass arrests, the Occupy protests, which grew out of the OWS movement, have now spread to many major US cities as well as to Australia, Britain, Germany, Italy, Spain, Ireland, Portugal and other countries.

Harvard Professors…what do you expect of these bleeding heart liberals. They are not the 1%, they just teach the 1% who can afford $80,000 a year to attend Havard and make them more dangerous. Believe me, they are only doing what is fashionable to do. Now the Administration is the one to watch. Their job is to keep the 1% alumini happy.
Ah yes, here we are again, back to the 60′s. Vietnam protests and the University Professors who led the way and the destruction. Bill Ayers, who wanted to blow up the Pentagon, telling the kids to kill their parents, moaning about the ‘poor people’ of the world, all the while speaking with a silver spoon stuck up his arse. If Billy Boy didn’t have any money, it only meant his father was stingy. Bill’s dad was quite the multi-millionaire in the Chicago area, CEO of Exelon/Com-Ed, trustee and board member to many of the psychopaths favorite charities and cultural centers….. yep…
You can always count on academia to step in and take over a movement, and now the violence should commence, if they aren’t saving that card for May 2012, when the G8 and Nato summits are held in one of their favorite corrupt and broke from stealing from the working class to give to the rich cities, Chicago.

I have friends that live in Shicago…everytime that barry and co. show up, the security in the city shuts damn near everything down.
Travel restricted, offices and business shut down because evertyhing is gridlock…it is difficult to do anything, eat anywhere, go any place.
Millions of dollars of lost revenue for businesses.
He doesn’t give a fuck…it is about him. Just image how it will be with all of the ‘beautiful” people there in the spring when the flowers and trees are blooming?
We all have talked of this before…but their day IS close at hand.
