CIA “secret prison” found in Romania

The CIA operated a secret prison in the Romanian capital Bucharest where terrorism suspects were interrogated, an investigation by the Associated Press and German media has found.
Former CIA operatives identified the building where, they said, detainees were held and tortured.
The building belongs to a Romanian agency, Orniss, which stores classified information from the EU and Nato.
Orniss has denied hosting a CIA prison and the CIA has refused to comment.
The investigation, by the Sueddeutsche Zeitung newspaper and the German TV network ARD, said those held in the secret prison included Khaled Sheikh Mohammed, who has admitted organising the 9/11 attacks.
He was seized in Pakistan in March 2003 under the US programme known as “extraordinary rendition” – the extra-judicial detention and transfer of terrorism suspects.
He has been in the US detention centre at Guantanamo Bay since 2006, where he is awaiting trial.

What’s this about? Romania out of spite to the big Russian Bear, trying to be budies with the U.S. and the West? Can you think of a better reason or as usual…is something clandestine and cryptic going on? Is this near the home of Dracula or was that Transylvania? It was one of those “manias,” or “vanias.” A little help here please. Where was Dracula from.
Bucharest is in Wallachia, the province in Romania directly south of Transylvania. It is the same Transylvania +/-where Vlad the Impaler was born but actually he was a voivode/ “governor” in Wallachia (in the mid 1400s where he fought the Ottomans). During the Ausgleich which reestablished the Hungarian empire as distinct from the Austrian Empire (they had separate parliaments but the same head of state) it was subsumed into a territory run by the Hungarians, after the defeat of the Austro-Hungarian Empire in WW1, the area was reconstituted as Transylvania as a part of Romania (they are ethnic Romanians).

where are the proofs about secret prisons???? Who is that former CIA talking?
