ACTA explained

ACTA is one more offensive against the sharing of culture on the Internet. ACTA (Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement) is an agreement secretly negotiated by a small “club” of like-minded countries (39 countries, including the 27 of the European Union, the United States, Japan, etc). Negotiated instead of being democratically debated, ACTA bypasses parliaments and international organizations to dictate a repressive logic dictated by the entertainment industries.

ACTA would impose new criminal sanctions forcing Internet actors to monitor and censor online communications. It is thus a major threat to freedom of expression online and creates legal uncertainty for Internet companies. In the name of trademarks and patents, it would also hamper access to generic medicines in poor countries.

the mother of SOPA is already here..and its worse..and its been signed by most western countries already..undercover of darkness..the net will be finished as an open source..they myriad of ways you can be caught up in copyright violations is staggering..reminds me of  an ayn rand quote..her quote about men becoming criminals..they will make so many rules it will be impossible to be legal and live legal..

  1. ACTA will come in handy for the luciferian cabal to enforce THE NOAHIDE LAWS {Plublic Law 102~14}{HJ Res.104} which became law on this side of the pond on 3/20/1991 through George Herbert Walker Bush but had some earlier inroads under Ronald Reagan .

Love Ayn Rand’s quote! Spot On!!!

    Blessings!

  2. “Off with our heads!”

  3. Great, now ACTA can also be used to take down stuff like this:

Had never seen this before and am a little surprised to see 911 predictive programming as early as this on SNL.

  4. “You are in violation of ACTA. This court hereby sentences you to be thrown in THE BASS~O~MATIC! Bailiff Ackroyd take them away!”

  5. industry is a mafia with a lot of money because it takes all the artists. They do not care, whether to kill the artist to silence him, they kill, rape all the work of the artist and rewrite his life, then get more money to their coffers .. and many, many are those who follow the game. for money of course.
and for all of that they need to control our lifes

  6. Yes exactly! Also through the ” Sovereign Military Hospitaller Order of Saint John of Jerusalem of Rhodes and of Malta” all athletes & the pro & college sports teams are owned & controlled.

    Disgusting isn’t it ?!

    Blessings!

  9. G’Day! Seeker401,
Thanks for that, Curiosity really, I enjoy sites like D.A and FF net, I know SOPA would have had a major affect on them, but ACTA seems to only be geared towards Streaming Movies and Music. Am I totally wrong or is there more to it than that?
I’ll be back to read more next time
