Trump to Netanyahu: I would recognize undivided Jerusalem as Israel’s capital

During a meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in New York on Sunday, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump said that if elected, the United States would recognize an undivided Jerusalem as the capital of the State of Israel.

The eighty-minute meeting was held in the business mogul’s eponymous towers in downtown Manhattan. Netanyahu is set to meet with Democratic presidential nominee Clinton at around 6:00 pm EST (2200 GMT).

During the meeting, Trump reportedly told Netanyahu that, if elected, “a Trump administration will finally accept the long-standing Congressional mandate to recognize Jerusalem as the undivided capital of the State of Israel,” his campaign said in a statement.

The two also discussed “at length Israel’s successful experience with a security fence”. Trump has made building a wall along the US-Mexico border a signature campaign promise.

Other topics discussed included “the nuclear deal with Iran, the battle against ISIS and many other regional security concerns.”

The Trump statement said he promised Netanyahu that the United States would provide Israel with “extraordinary strategic, technological and military cooperation” if he is elected.

Netanyahu thanked Trump for his support of Israel and presented the nation’s positions on regional issues as well as its efforts towards achieving peace and stability in the Middle East, a statement from the Prime Minister’s Office said.

Israel’s Ambassador to the United States, Ron Dermer, as well as Jared Kushner, Trump’s Jewish son-in-law, also attended the closed-door meeting.

Kushner, for whom Trump’s daughter Ivanka converted to Judaism, has come out in defense of the controversial White House hopeful who has been accused by critics of bigotry, racism, and anti-Semitism.

Trump and Clinton, who are neck-and-neck in the polls after months of vigorous campaigning, are preparing to square off on Monday night in their first televised debate ahead of the November 8th elections.

Sources within Netanyahu’s delegation explained that the Prime Minister is meeting each candidate at their location of choice in acknowledgement of their preparations.

Netanyahu has so far avoided meeting with either candidate, having been accused in 2012 of interfering in US politics by hosting Republican nominee Mitt Romney in Jerusalem just three months before the vote but reports indicate the meetings materialized with a phone call between Trump’s aides and Netanyahu’s advisers.

“The prime minister’s instruction was clear – if we meet with one side, we must also meet with the other side,” a senior official said. “We are following the number of meetings to make sure that one side doesn’t get more meetings than the other.”

Netanyahu held a cordial meeting with incumbent President Barack Obama on the sidelines of the UNGA on Wednesday, during which he thanked the United States for a $38 billion military aid deal signed last week.

Both Clinton and Trump met separately on Tuesday with Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah al-Sissi, who is also in New York attending the annual UN summit. The meeting was Trump’s first with a Muslim leader.

  4. Defying Reason

Donald Trump’s upset victory in the presidential race over Hillary Clinton, who was heavily favored in virtually all the pre-election polls, seemed to defy the laws of nature, reason and sense. Several rabbis have an explanation, however: it was, quite simply, the will of God.

As the rabbi who oversees the final resting place of King David on Mount Zion, Rabbi Yosef Berger is intimately connected to the spirituality of kingship. For him it was clear what tipped the scales in favor of the Republican underdog.

“I have known for months that Donald Trump would win the elections,” Rabbi Berger said. “The gematria (numerology) of his name is Moshiach (Messiah). He is connected to the Messianic process which is happening right now. When he promised to move the American Embassy to Jerusalem, he attached himself to the power of Moshiach, which gave him the boost he needed. If you separate from Jerusalem, disaster will follow.”

When taking the gematria into account, it was clear that Trump had a spiritual edge. As Rabbi Berger pointed out, the gematria for Donald Trump in Hebrew (דונלד טראמפ) is 424, which is equal to the gematria of “Messiah for the House of David” (משיח בן דוד). The Ben Ish Chai, an authority on Jewish law and master kabbalist who lived in Baghdad 150 years ago, interpreted the number 212 as a difficult time for Israel before the Final Redemption. Trump’s gematria is twice that, signifying an ongoing Messiah process.

Rabbi Berger was clear on how this election fit into the process of Messiah. “As the spiritual descendant of the Biblical nation of Edom, America has a very important role to play in the Messiah. But in order to be suited for that role, America had to be humbled,” Rabbi Berger stated.

“In order to establish his kingdom, God had to create confusion, a situation in which the best plans laid by the most powerful people, comes to nothing.”

The rabbi quoted the well-known proverb:
A man’s heart deviseth his way; but Hashem directeth his steps. Proverbs 16:9
“This outsider, whose own party rejected him, despised by the media, won despite what the experts predicted,” Rabbi Berger said.
As spokesman for the nascent Sanhedrin, Rabbi Hillel Weiss, also saw God’s interest in Israel as part of the election. He said that Trump’s victory was, in part, a reaction to President Barack Obama’s Israel policies.

“President Obama made himself a very visible part of the campaign. It is clear that Hashem (God) was part of the political process, using it to punish President Obama and those who were working to harm Israel,” Rabbi Weiss told Breaking Israel News.

“By allowing Iran to establish a nuclear program which is clearly not for peaceful purposes, by standing aside and allowing the UN to make resolutions to harm Israel, Obama established himself as an enemy of Israel.”
“All of the academics and the media, who create their own world with evil words, they worked against Trump,” continued Rabbi Weiss. “They tried to create a man-made reality in which Trump could not win. In the end, it did not work. Hashem is moving us towards a greater Jerusalem, and anyone who goes against that, is destined to fail.”

Trump’s slim margin of triumph and the fact that throughout the hotly contested campaign, Clinton consistently led in most pre-election polls made his victory even more stunning.
At one point, Clinton led with a double digit advantage of up to 17 points. A CNN poll in June predicted a Clinton landslide victory by 24 percent. Indeed, up until the day before the elections, major polls were giving the Democratic candidate a five percent edge. Though Trump won the electoral college by a wide margin (279 as compared to Clinton’s 218), the popular vote told a very different story, with Clinton actually winning by one percent.

In an election of such import, the margin was tiny. With the future of a world superpower in the balance, it was clear that such an upset victory, flying in the face of conventional politics, media predictions, and the expectations of international leaders, not to mention many Americans, was entirely due to an outside influence.

  5. In two separate sets of Bible codes, published three months apart, international Bible codes expert Rabbi Matityahu Glazerson shows evidence he has found that declares Donald J. Trump will win next week’s presidential election.

Trump’s victory, Glazerson said, is directly connected to his support for Israel.

The first table was published in July, the second just last week. He found “Donald” in Hebrew next to the Hebrew word for president. He also found a abbreviation for the Hebrew words for United States.

Glazerson also found codes that point to both Nov. 8 and Nov. 9, the date of the election and the first day Trump would be president-elect, if he wins. The rabbi quotes the book of Isaiah and the story of Cyrus, which has been frequently referenced by evangelical faith leaders who have supported the Republican presidential nominee.

The codes also reference the Hebrew words for “chosen” or “elected” and “love for Israel.” Trump has made it clear he has a deep love for Israel and would protect it, if elected next week.

Glazerson also found a connection between Trump and the word “moshiach” (messiah), which in Hebrew means “anointed,” saying his election would be connected to the arrival of Messiah. Many Christians have felt the day of the Second Coming is fast approaching, and the rabbi’s findings may be further evidence.

The first set of codes (above) were found in the book of Deuteronomy. The second, identical, set (below) were found in the book of Numbers.
