President Obama made the case for “open markets” in Greece on Wednesday, and warned that the resistance to globalization has deepened inequality around the world.

“The reaction can drag down a country’s growth,” Obama said of the pushback to globalization. “It can also lead to politics that create an unhealthy competition between countries.”

President-elect Trump ran on a promise to roll back multilateral trade deals and renegotiate them with America’s interests in mind. But Obama seemed to warn against those steps in his speech in Greece.

“We cannot sever the connections that have enabled so much progress and so much wealth,” Obama said at the Stavropol Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center in Athens.

The president acknowledged the limitations of globalization, given that it has allowed some wealthy people to exploit “loopholes” in the system for personal gain.

“The current path of globalization demands a course correction,” he said.

International trade deals and other elements of globalization must be reconfigured so their benefits are “more broadly shared by more people,” Obama said.

  3. Hillary Tells Supporters to Effectively Revolt Against Trump

    • I read the article. They need to quote something from Hillary in which she, “tells supporters to revolt”. Otherwise it is seems to be sensationalism. The rhetoric of politicians over the years has popularized such political terms as ‘revolution’ and ‘take back america’, etc…. where in each instance it does not mean by violence.

The article does make a great point about how Hillary and Obama are not speaking out against the violence of the protestors. I think it is because they notice that their ideology has been biologically embedded. These people are having deep biological anguish. The State is right there to hug them were their provision of safe corners, triggers, and therapy dogs. The protesters and others who have such biologically embedded ideology will truly believe their Intuition of something morally superior is primal and original. Meanwhile their intuition is merely informed by their ideologue teachers, but they will not notice that. They feel it in their bones that they are right and it is a rightness as true as their bones and skin can be seen and touched. They literally think their ideology is based on the color of their skin and what sex they deem they are this day, not yesterday. To make their ideology appear to be as real as biology (their transgender desire is genetically programmed they say), and not to be informed by propaganda makes them dangerous.

One thing both political sides in America do together is they keep making themselves appear valuable. They have the solutions to the problems they create. The political arm is the merely the sword of their ideology taught in the universities and behind closed doors in secret.

  4. The Rising Civil Unrest in America is Highly Dangerous for the Future

  5. “resistance to globalization has deepened inequality around the world”
So we’re all supposed to be equally poor, regardless of our achievements, regardless of our creativity, regardless of our ingenuity?
The U.S. has fallen into a non-growth morass with globalization, and we have seen many of our domestic markets shrink drastically or disappear completely.
And I notice the now-millionaire Obama seems quite satisfied with not being “equally” impoverished with the rest of the U.S. population…
Globalization has created the largest income gap between 80% of the U.S. population and the remaining upper-income earners than we have ever seen in the past 70 years. And there is a larger income gap between the top 1% of that 20% and the rest, I think, in U.S. history.
Obama is a failed president. He ranks up there with Bush, and may actually exceed Bush, after all is tallied. And both Bush & Obama are failures for the very same reasons, people are already calling Obama “Bush 2.”
Time for nationalists to take the helm again, for nations to watch their own backs & care about the welfare of their own citizens, to end this suicidal globalist nightmare.
Get out of the UN, stop propping up failed governments, end forced migration, protect your borders, and eliminate the central banking cartels.
Stop allowing yourselves to be enslaved to others. Reap only where you sow, and do NOT reap what others have sown.
Time for the push-back, to forcibly destroy corporate/banking rule and take back you national sovereignty.
This is the year of the Fire Monkey, where the old orders are beaten down and the rebellion wins.
