Jack Ma: Nobody “stealing’ your jobs”..you spend too much on wars

Chinese billionaire and Alibaba founder Jack Ma believes that improper distribution of funds and hyper inflated US military spending, not globalization or other countries “stealing” US jobs, is behind the economic decline in America.

The Chinese business magnate earlier in January met with US President-elect Donald Trump, who has bemoaned the loss of American industry and jobs due to the outsourcing of labor to countries like Mexico and China. Ma, however, has a different view of what is behind the US economic decline.

“Over the past thirty years, the Americans had thirteen wars spending 40.2 trillion dollars,” said Ma, speaking at the World Economic Forum in Davos. “What if they spent a part of that money on building up the infrastructure, helping the white-collar and the blue-collar workers? No matter how strategically good it is, you’re supposed to spend money on your own people.”

“And the other money which I’m curious about is that when I was young, all I heard about America was Ford and Boeing and those big manufacturing companies. The last 10-20 years, all I heard about is Silicon Valley and Wall Street,” he continued.

“And what happened? The year 2008: the financial crisis wiped out 19.2 trillion dollars in the USA alone and destroyed 34 million jobs globally. So what if the spent on Wall Street and the Middle East was spent onthe Mid-West of the United States, developing the industry there? That could change a lot.”

According to the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute , the United States spent $596 billion, or 3.3 percent of its GDP, on military expenditure in 2015, which is higher than any other country in the world. In Ma’s opinion, this is partly responsible for the loss of jobs in America’s Rust Belt.

“So it’s not that other countries steal jobs from you guys, it is your strategy! You do not distribute the money in a proper way,” he summarized.

Ma also expressed the view that overall globalization was a positive thing as it had brought many benefits to both China and the world. However, it should be improved by making more room for small businesses rather than the current system run by the World Trade Organization (WTO), which was developed to protect corporate interests.

dont really like jack but he hit some home runs here:

Over the past thirty years, the Americans had thirteen wars spending 40.2 trillion dollars,” said Ma”

uh huh..

So what if the money spent on Wall Street and the Middle East was spent on the Mid-West of the United States, developing the industry there? That could change a lot.”

no shit!

So it’s not that other countries steal jobs from you guys, it is your strategy! You do not distribute the money in a proper way,”

  2. What, no thank you for all the technology transfers the Clintons’ and other traitors in the U.S. ‘gave’ China Jack?

No thank you from the Davos crowd for fighting those wars for the elite?

I see….we’re playing the ole’ blame the people, not the elite and their minions game again……pfft!

If you ask me, Jack Ma didn’t go from teacher to billionaire without selling HIS soul to someone, and considering it’s China, well…..the world don’t spin dat way Jack!

Is Jack Jewish perhaps too? His-story sounds a .lot like the fairy tales they tell us here in the states too, lol. Apartments, basements, garages….these are the places these young billionaires all became ‘inspired’ and ‘famous’.

Ma, a former English teacher who flunked his college entrance exam twice, founded Alibaba in his apartment in 1999 with 17 friends and $60,000 they had raised. Charismatic by the gray standards of Chinese CEOs, the impish Ma has cult status in China, where he’s seen as the equivalent of Steve Jobs, Jeff Bezos or Bill Gates.

In a country where state-owned enterprises dominate business and many owe their wealth to Communist Party ties, Ma stands out for his huge self-made success. Alibaba, which started as a site to link Chinese manufacturers with buyers overseas, became under Ma an e-commerce behemoth that is now expanding into banking, digital maps and online video.

“Ma first encountered the Internet in 1995. After word got around about his English proficiency, he was asked to help sort out a road construction project that was going sour over unpaid debts by meeting the American joint venture partner in California. Ma soon realized he had no intention of paying up. To stop Ma from leaving, the American locked him in his Malibu mansion for several days and, by some accounts, flashed a gun.

“It was really like a classic American-style Hollywood film. I was taken hostage by a kind of Mafia, so that I just left my suitcase behind,” Ma said, recounting his escape to Liu Shiying and Martha Avery, authors of the 2009 book “Alibaba.”

Ma persuaded the American to let him go by telling him they could work together on a project involving the Internet, which he had heard about vaguely. Instead of heading home, he flew to Seattle, where he met some contacts who showed him the World Wide Web. A search for beer turned up results on American, German and Japanese varieties but no Chinese beer. Ma was intrigued and the potential for an Internet company devoted to things Chinese dawned on him.”

    • “An attorney for Mail Media, Kelli Sager, argued Maryland was the wrong place for a New York resident like Trump to sue a New York company, Sager also disclosed that Melania Trump is also suing the parent company of the Daily Mail newspaper in a London court for libel over the same article that appeared on the Mail website.”

Federal Court has jurisdiction over suits brought against residents of different states. Interesting why would they even bothet to file in state court?

  7. Sorry thats the anti american pro war crap, the bankers corporations set up sweat shops in china moved the US manufacturing oversea to make more money.

    • not disagreeing with that..ma just gave them some actual truth..doesnt mean hes not a filthy globalist still!

    • what’s wrong with being anti-american? most americans are complete warmonger scum!

      • It is the wurst cuntry under gad, I agree

        • correction… it is not the country itself but the corporation that is its government I speak of.

          • i talk to americans every day. believe me, they hate foreign children and deeply enjoy making their lives miserable and killing them. it makes them feel like they are #1. it’s the same thing with elite pedophilia, it’s just that it’s far more acceptable to murder children than to fuck them. that’s just the sad reality.

            • I am sorry xxx, I don’t think I understood what was originally conveyed but I agree with you 100%. Like yourself I to have witnessed similar atrocities up close and personal especially as my family grew increasingly biracial over the years and my circle of friends was enlarged. It is only of recent that I see how increasingly perverse and widespread as man is increasingly given over to a reprobate mind. Thank you for always being out there xxx it would have been awesome to have met up last week when u were in the big apple….

              • wish i could have stayed longer. was working hard and barely had time to myself outside of that little walk from fordham law school to 5th ave. had amazing meals at dirt candy, ladybird, and double zero and ate van leeuwen ice cream every night. contrary to the stereotype, people are friendlier than in california. gotta love nyc!

  8. The american people don’t distribute the money!!!
What a Establishment globalization puppet he is.

  9. Key problem with war monger globalization stooge in China is here is like China there is no democracy and the people are used as debt slaves for the Banking cabal who have a govt in place to borrow in the peoples name and spend the people’s money cart blanch on all their monopoly corporations and shell companies.

    • >> here is like China there is no democracy

democaZy is over-rated. ..look at Amurca – full of lefty libtards – gov departments, schools, universities, councils..fcking everywhere

  10. There is a money monopoly (a banking cabal) that decide on borrowing and where the money goes.
    There is no democracy.
And this chinese establishment warmonger /antagonist propagandist thinks his people chose to have forced abortions, to work their life in the bankers corporations sweat shops, censorship, or their family member charged for the bullet the govt shoots them with ??!!
China doesn’t have a democracy either NONE of the central banking nations do.
